She offers long and short-term therapy to those aged 5–25, as well as support for parents and carers. Her framework draws on psychoanalysis, person-centred counselling, attachment theory, and neurodivergence-affirming, trauma-informed approaches, with optional therapeutic use of arts, play and metaphor, and she also offers DBT for emotional regulation difficulties. She offers a free initial consultation, with sessions in English and Spanish.

Isabel is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked in the NHS since 2005, completing her Doctoral training in 2009. She takes a whole-systems approach, understanding difficulties in the context of a person's family, school, work and social circle. Working with children, young people and adults, she likes to follow her clients' interests to make their therapeutic journeys more colourful, using imagery and stories to make sense of things and build a new story of compassion and emotional wellbeing. Her training includes EMDR, CBT, MBCT, Narrative Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Parenting Interventions and Tree of Life.
